330854-040-24-00 New pressure control valve

330854-040-24-00 The AVENTICS 625 series Sentronic electronic proportional pressure control valves and data acquisition software enable quick start-up, monitoring and control directly from the PC

Florham PARK, New Jersey (May 9, 2024) – Emerson today announced the launch. With a control deviation of less than 0.5%, this new valve is designed to provide very accurate electronic proportional pressure control with the flexibility required to support complex pneumatic control engineering applications. With the data acquisition software (DaS) that comes with the 625 Series Sentronic proportional control valves, the valves can also be quickly started, monitored and controlled directly from the PC.

The AVENTICS™ 625 series Sentronic electronic proportional control va330854-040-24-00 lves and software provide flexible and accurate control for high-precision manufacturing applications, ensuring efficient operation directly on the PC.

“In highly sophisticated devices such as flame cutting and laser eye surgery, precision and controllability are critical,” said Nicolas Jacquet, director of product management for Emerson’s discrete Automation business. “The 625 Series Sentronic valves provide accurate control of pressure, flow, power, speed, distance and angular position. As part of Avorch’s broad portfolio of cylinders, valves, air handling and voltage regulators, the 625 series Sentronic is a core technology for factory automation.”

Four valve sizes from 1mm to up to 20mm support a full flow range from 55l/min to up to 4,700l/min. Pressure ranges from vacuum level to 50bar, reducing the total number of valves required for machine design. The case can be made of brass, aluminum or stainless steel, and the seal can be made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM). In addition, three sets of connectors are available, namely M12 5-pin, M12 8-pin and M16 7-pin.

As development and manufacturing processes continue to shorten, it is more important 330854-040-24-00 than ever to have quick start procedures and reliable and controlled manufacturing processes. With DaS software, operators can diagnose, control, service or configure valves individually. Cascading control can also be performed when applications require extremely high precision and other complex control loops. A wider range of diagnostic and monitoring functions includes input pressure, control pressure, internal temperature and Ethernet communication.
