3500/33-01-05 The 500,000 tons of acrylic resin plant engineering project of Badfu Jiangmen Factory, through the introduction of the DCS+Batch advanced batch control system of the Hollysys Group, to realize the automation and intelligent comprehensive upgrade of the production process, and constantly stimulate new productivity growth points. As the fifth-generation smart factory of the Group, the project completed the digital construction of five business systems, three management platforms and two technology platforms, and connected the overall value chain of research and development, manufacturing and marketing to realize the interconnection, digital perspective and early warning of all business process nodes.
Project construction content
The construction covers three major production workshops and a mod3500/33-01-05 ern packaging workshop in Badfu Jiangmen, and the total number of hard points in the total facility exceeds 40,000. Hollysys Batch control system follows the batch control system standard ISAS88, through the highly integrated hardware and software system, close cooperation between the units, the precise control of the production process, to ensure the high unity of the product and high-quality output, to improve the production efficiency at the most economic cost. The core of the project is to successfully build a highly automated and intelligent production line, from the automatic batching of raw materials, accurate placement of additives, emulsification, reaction, blending and final product packaging, each link has achieved lean control of the whole process.

Through the configuration of Batch advanced batch control system, Badfujiangmen projec3500/33-01-05 t is currently executing more than 120 recipes per day, covering a total of more than 40,000 hard points, with strong production flexibility and market adaptability. It is predicted that the future system can reach 260 formulation execution capacity, fully guarantee the expansion and enrichment of the subsequent product chain, and enhance the market competitiveness of products and brands.
