The whole communication has the characteristics of high speed, real-time, flexible topology and scalability, and meets the high requirements of industrial automation for communication.
For the communication of on-site weighing equipment, the PN slave station group ring network communication scheme is adopted, and the floor ring network switch is used to connect each floor weighing equipment to the PN master station, and the redundant characteristics of ring network are fully utilized to ensure efficient and stable communication. Due to the dense floor distribution characteristics of the pipeline and weighing equipment on site (each floor is equipped with an average of 50-60 devices, and a total of about 600 devices are distributed in three workshop3500/60-01-05 s), the project uses network cables to connect the weighing equipment on each floor end to end, and connects to the floor loop network switch to simplify wiring and improve system reliability.
