HD22010-3 is a charging module, widely used in 35kV to 330kV substation power supply. This module combines self-cooling and air-cooled heat dissipation, self-cooling operation in light load, in line with the actual operation requirements of the power system. The rated output voltage of the module is 220VDC and the rated output current is 10A.

The HD22010-3 charging module consists of two power parts: three-phase passive PFC (power factor correction) and DC/DC, and also includes an auxiliary power supply and an input/output detection protection circuit. The pre-phase three-phase passive PFC circuit is responsible for the rectification and filtering of AC input and the correction of input current, and the power factor is greater than 0.92, meeting the relevant EMI and EMC standards. The post-stage DC/DC converter converts the pre-stage rectifier voltage into the stable DC voltage output required by the power operating system.

The auxiliary power supply of the module uses the DC output of the three-phase passive PFC after the input of the three-phase passive PFC and before the DC/DC converter to generate the various power supplies required by the control circuit. The input detection circuit realizes the detection of input over and under voltage and lack of equality. DC/DC detection protection circuit includes output voltage and current detection, heat sink temperature detection, etc. All these signals are used for DC/DC control and protection.

The HD22010-3 charging module consists of a front panel, rear panel, handle cover, fan cover, and air filter. The front panel is equipped with an LED display panel to display the voltage, current, or alarm information of the module. The rear panel is a hot-swappable input and output integrated socket, facilitating module installation and maintenance.
