The FPS480-24 RH101CR is part of the Foxboro Evo Process Automation System, a compact power supply that provides 24V DC power to system loads such as the FCP280, compact and standard 200 Series I/O subsystem devices. The power supply is designed for Foxboro’s G13 system enclosure and G14 system enclosure, as well as the compact 200 series terminal housing, fieldbus module, and FCP280 module. It can also be used for custom configurations, provided the appropriate power and wattage requirements are taken into account.

The FPS480-24 RH101CR is a 480-watt power supply, ATEX certified for Class 1, Zone 2 and Zone 2 applications. It is primarily designed for use in the K13 system housing and the compact 200 series fieldbus module and FCP280 module in the K14 system and terminal housing. The power supply also has a high-efficiency input circuit that automatically accepts AC or DC input voltage, and a power factor correction circuit that provides a near-ideal sinusoidal current profile for the AC input.
