IC695ALG112 As an important part of smart phones, the mobile phone screen glass and shell play a key role in protecting the mobile phone touch screen and display. In order to meet the trend of thin and light mobile phones, the external screen glass of mobile phones is getting thinner and thinner, and the requirements for its own strength are getting higher and higher. Therefore, it is very important to accurately evaluate the mechanical strength of the screen glass.
The mechanical properties of the glass and toughened shell of the outer screen of the mobile phone can be evaluated by using the drop and bending tests. Xintuo 3D XTDIC 3D full-field strain measurement system can be used to obtain key data such as drop deformation performance, flexural elastic modulus, maximum flexural compressive stress and strain of mobile phones during the experiment, so as to comprehensively evaluate the performance and quality of mobile phones. These data are of great significance to evaluate the reliability of mobile phones in daily use.
The XTDIC three-dimensional full-field strain measurement system captures the displacement and deformation of materials and components with high precision. XTDIC three-dimensional full-field strain measurement system combined with high-speed cameras can record images of transient deformation or dynamic motion processes. Combined with XTDIC system’s powerful digital image related software, it can provide accurate strain displacement, rotation and other analysis, and accurately study and observe the deformation of mobile phones at the moment of falling.
Purpose of mobile phone reliability test
The experiment adopts XTDIC three-dimensional full-field strain measurement system, and compIC695ALG112 letes the dynamic and quasi-static reliability test of mobile phone by non-contact optical measurement.
The dynamic test mainly analyzes the instantaneous deformation of the foldable screen phone, especially the anti-fall deformation of the hinge position of the foldable screen, and calculates the surface strain field and displacement field. The quasi-static experiment mainly measures the bending and compressive performance of mobile phone under static load, and calculates the surface displacement field and strain field.
Mobile phone drop and impact dynamic test
The folding screen mobile phone fall and mobile phone falling ball impact dynamic test. Two high-speed cameras capture the image of the mobile phone fall at high speed, and import it into XTDIC software to analyze the surface displacement field and strain field of the mobile phone fall.
Foldable screen phone drop dynamic test
The foldable screen phone was held on the experimental machine to complete the instant fall, and the high-IC695ALG112 speed photography was sampled at the rate of 4000 frames per second. Two high-speed cameras were used to complete the instant picture acquisition of the foldable screen phone fall. XTDIC system software was used to analyze the changes of the transient displacement field in the drop and hinge parts of the folding screen mobile phone.
