MVME7100-0173 A growing ecosystem of partners

MVME7100-0173 Pegatron used NVIDIA Isaac Sim, a robotic simulator, to program the robotic arm and model the performance of its fleet of mobile robots.

The synthetic data generation capabilities provided by the NVIDIA Omniverse Replicator can be used to simulate defects, helping Pegatron build large-scale training datasets using techniques such as domain randomization.

In Metropolis, Pegatron can use the NVIDIA TAO tool suite to access pre-trained models and perform transfer learning to build high-precision defect detection models using its enhanced data sets.

The NVIDIA DeepStream software development Kit can be used to develop optimized intelligent video applications that can handle multiple video, image, and audio streams. Using DeepStream, Pegatron was able to increase throughput by 10 times.

In addition, Pegatron is using Omniverse to run digital twins of inspection equipment to simulate future inspection processes and improve the efficiency of production processes.

Daming Robotics, a subsidiary of Quanta, is also using it, leveraging Isaac Sim MVME7100-0173 to optimize robot inspections on its production lines.

Metropolis is helping manufacturers like Pegatron increase production line throughput, reduce costs and improve production quality.

A growing ecosystem of partners

Support Metropolis

Metropolis can be deployed from the enterprise industrial edge to the cloud, and a large and growing ecosystem of partners is helping to bring it to market.

A large number of professionals are working together to drive this work forward, including sensor manufacturers, application partners, detection device manufacturers, and integration partners.

Basler, a leading manufacturer of sensors and systems for imaging components, has partnered witMVME7100-0173 h NVIDIA to help developers build AI-enabled inspection systems faster by integrating more closely with the NVIDIA DeepStream SDK.

Quantiphi has taken Metropolis and is working with one of the world’s largest beverage producers to automate the inspection of loaded pallets with GPU-powered visual AI.

Overview and Advantech have both adopted NVIDIA Metropolis and are working together to build an AI-based real-time inspection system for industrial inspection, product counting and assembly verification.
