On July 1, 2023, Innomotics was established as an independently operated entity in Germany. The motor and large drive company integrates the fields of low to high voltage motors, gear motors, medium voltage frequency converters and motorized spindles, and provides related services and project support. The company’s operational headquarters are located in Nuremberg, Germany, and the spin-off of the relevant business in Germany has been completed, and the global spin-off will be basically completed by October 1, 2023. Imonda will cover the former Siemens Large Drive Applications business unit, the Siemens Digital Industries Group, and the related businesses of Siemens’ legally independent Sykatec and Weiss Spindeltechnologie. With approximately 15,000 employees worldwide, IMPCI-6624 onda, as a pioneer in the field of motors and large drives, is committed to exploring its growth potential to ensure the company’s success in the future market.

As an independently operated legal entity, IMonda has introduced a new corporate identity. The new brand emphasizes that the company is technology – and innovation-oriented, with a strong focus on the employee team. In addition, based on its new brand positioning – “Time for a new green” – Inmonda is well positioned to lead the way in the industries it serves, leveraging the two key market trends of “low carbon” and “digital” to contribute to the high-quality and sustainable development of the industry.
