The project required extremely high flexibility and placed extreme demands on the design and software. The project adopts Siemens S7-1200 series PLC, G120 and G120C inverter, SCLANCE X series switch full set of solutions, adopts modular design, through the socket plug connection, improve the stability of industrial control, can complete complex control tasks in a more efficient way.
In addition, multiple material flow robots are used in the warehouse to jointly create intelligent “bearings” to achieve automated storage, transportation and sorting.
