To perform any of the following functions: radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentricity, and REBAM.

Depending on the configuration, each channel typically adjusts its input signal to various parameters called “static values.”

Users can configure alarm set points for each active static value and danger set points for any two active static values.

3500/42M Proximitor Seismic monitor:

Protect the machine by continuously comparing monitoring parameters with configured alarm set points to drive alarms.

Communicates important machine information to operations and maintenance personnel.
The 3500/42M Proximitor seismic monitor is a four-channel monitor that accepts input from proximity and seismic sensors.

It adjusts the signal to provide vibration and position measurements and compares the adjusted signal with a user programmable alarm.
You can program each channel with 3500 rack configuration software to monitor and report on:

Radial vibration
REBAM

Thrust position
acceleration

Differential expansion
Absolute value of axis

eccentricity
Circular acceptance region

speed
Monitoring channels are programmed in pairs to perform up to two listed functions at a time. For example, channels 1 and 2 May perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 May perform another or the same function.
