The 330100-90-00 is a Proximitor sensor manufactured by Bently Nevada as part of the 3300 series for proximity sensor systems. The output voltage of the Bentley Nevada 3300 proximity sensor system is proportional to the separation of the probe tip from the target conductive surface. It is commonly used in vibration and position measurement applications of liquid film bearing machine tools, as well as bond phase and velocity measurement applications. It is capable of both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements. The system outputs accurate and consistent signals over a wide temperature range. This level of performance is available in all 3300 proximity sensor systems, which also eliminates the need for bench calibration or individual component matching, while enabling full interchangeability of the probe, extension cable and proximity sensor.

330100-90-00 Function Description
The output voltage generated by the system is proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. It is capable of both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements and is mainly used for vibration and position measurement applications of liquid film bearing machine tools, as well as bond phase and velocity measurement applications6. The system produces an accurate and stable signal output over a wide temperature range.
All 3300 proximity sensor systems achieve this level of performance while allowing the probe, extension cable and Proximitor sensors to be fully interchangeable without the need for individual component matching or bench calibration.
The 3300 Proximitor sensor improves on the previous Bently Nevada eddy current sensor in terms of linearity and temperature stability. It also features an integrated isolation plate as a base, eliminating the need for a separate isolation plate.
