Bently Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 is an enhanced keyway module manufactured by Bently Nevada, used in mechanical condition monitoring systems. The half height dual channel module, known as the 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphase Module, transmits keysignal signals to the monitor module in the 3500 rack. When the keyphase markings on the shaft are aligned with the keyphase sensor, the Bentley Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 module uses a magnetic sensor or proximity probe to detect alignment and convert the input signal into a digital keyphase signal.

For regular settings, the 3500 mechanical protection system can accept up to four key signals, and for paired configurations, the Bentley Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 can accept up to eight. The Bentley Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 Enhanced 3500 System Module is called an Enhanced Keyphase Module. The Bentley Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 can be used in legacy systems while maintaining full downward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules in terms of shape, fit, and functionality. Compared to previous designs, the Bentley Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 provides enhanced Keyphasor signal processing capabilities. The modified 149369-01 module completely replaces the Keyphasor module PWA 125792-01.

Bentley Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-01 When a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) application requires system key phase input, the 3500 system should use two key phase modules. In this setup, modules run in parallel, providing primary and secondary key signals for other modules in the rack. If there are no more than four primary key input signals, a system with four or more key input signals can be arranged in pairs.
