Technical features:
The thermostatic automatic sampler is equipped with a cooling/heating module and uses Paltier elements to effectively cool the air, ensuring efficient cooling/heating of the sample bottle.
In the cooling mode, the other side of the Paltier element becomes very hot and is cooled by a large heat exchanger on the back of the thermostat, while a fan is used to blow the air from left to right to expel the heated air.
The fan speed is determined by environmental conditions (e.g. ambient humidity, temperature) to maintain temperature control of the Paltier element.
The thermostat is equipped with a fan that draws air from the sample tray area and passes it through the channels of the heating/cooling module. In the heating/cooling module, air reaches the temperature of the Paltier element, and this air is then blown under the special sample tray, where it is evenly distributed and flows back into the sample tray area, creating a circulation pattern.
Note: During cooling, condensation may appear in the heating/cooling module and will be discharged outside the thermostat. The use and maintenance of thermostats should follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations to ensure their proper operation and extended service life
