Check electrical parameters: Before installation, verify that the rated voltage and current of the contactor match the requirements of the application.

Installation environment: Ensure that the contactor is installed in an environment consistent with its operating temperature range (-25°C to +85°C) and storage temperature range (-40°C to +90°C).

Vertical installation: The contactor should be installed vertically, and the tilt Angle should not exceed 5° to ensure its operating performance.

Clean the anti-rust grease: Before use, wipe the anti-rust grease or rust scale on the iron core to avoid sticking and causing power failure to release.

Connecting wires: When connecting wires, ensure that the broken wires are cleaned to avoid falling into the contactor and causing blockage or coil burning.

Regular maintenance: Check whether the load current is within the normal range during operation, observe whether the indicator light and running sound are normal, and check whether the contact point is burned.
