The 531X307LTBAJG1 is a LAN I/O terminal card developed by General Electric. The G1 LTB connects to eight 24 V DC configurable control input plugs. There is no 8PL connector and input connector CI1PL to CI8PL in G2 LTB. Only the DC input signals of connector terminals IN1-IN8 are compatible with G2 LTB. The LTB control output consists of seven low-voltage, low-current type C relay contact connectors and three terminals. Seven high voltage and high current relays are also activated through pilot contact connections. When the LTB and RTBA are used together, the relay contacts of both boards can be accessed.

The driver (or exciter) cabinet is equipped with a LAN terminal board (LTB). LTB connects control devices, such as drivers, to external devices, such as contactors, indicators, buttons, and interlocks. There is no adjustable hardware on the LTB.
The G1 LTB has 8 CI1PL CI8PL 24V DC programmable control input plugs. These inputs are linked to the 8PL bus, which transmits I/O signals between the LTB, NTB/3TB end boards, and driver control boards.
The LTB has 8 input terminal sets for 24 240 V AC or DC input signals. For use by the drive control board, the input signal is converted to a 24 V dc logic signal. It should be noted that the AC input signal cannot be used with G2 version LTB.
The LTB control output consists of seven low-voltage, low-current type C relay contact connectors, numbered OT1 to OT7, each with three terminals. The pilot contact connection is also used to activate seven high voltage and high current relays.
Connector type
Connectors on LTBS come in two types: plug-in connectors for ribbon cables and terminal board connectors for single wires.

A plug-in connector (denoted by the letter PL) provides signal and power I/O within the control device.
The terminal board connector, represented by the letter TB, connects cables from internal and external devices.
Input function
Inputs with AC/DC leakage currents higher than 0.5 mA can be continuously operated ON by devices connected in series with them.

I/O terminal connection
The I/O strip cable should not be routed together with the power cable.
Capacitive coupling of connecting lines in AC applications can cause I/O input leaks (IN1 to IN8).
LED indicator
The LTB includes 15 LED indicators and works as follows:
LED1 LED8 When the power supply is connected to the circuit IN1, IN8, LED17, LED23, RX1, RX7, respectively

Revise the following ON/OFF standards to apply to LTB:

6 V, 0.5 mA peak AC/DC is the conduction threshold.
The peak AC/DC of 6 V and 0.5 mA is the shutdown threshold.
