The servo amplifier has A DC bus voltage of 250 V and a peak output current of 15 A for 5 seconds. Inverter and PLC connection:
The frequency converter will cause electromagnetic interference to the surrounding electrical equipment (including PLC) during operation, and special attention should be paid to the connection between the frequency converter and PLC.
When connecting the inverter and PLC, ensure that the PLC is grounded according to the specified wiring standards and grounding conditions, avoid using a common grounding wire with the inverter, and ground separately as far as possible.
When the power supply voltage fluctuation is large, the harmonic component should be considered in the PLC power module and input/output module power line access noise filter or isolation transformer to suppress harmonic interference.
If the interference is still serious, measures such as reactors, transformers and noise filters can be considered in the main circuit of the inverter.
Cable Layout:
When the frequency converter and PLC are installed in the same electric control cabinet, the cables related to the frequency converter and the cables related to the PLC should be installed separately, especially the strong current cables and weak current cables should be installed separately to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Digital signal and analog signal connection:
The connection problem between inverter and PLC involves digital signal connection, analog signal connection and interference avoidance.
