The 60WKS-M240/06-PB is a high performance servo amplifier model in the 60WKS servo amplifier family designed and manufactured by Kollmorgen. It is designed for integration with the SM series brushless synchronous servo motors and ensures effective control of speed and torque. The servo amplifier uses trapezoidal commutation to drive the SM motor to increase torque and reduce current switching losses. It also uses a PI controller to minimize motor speed errors and effectively control current. It features a compact design for easy installation and optimized space.
The 60WKS-M240/06-PB uses a three-phase supply voltage of 60 V to 172 V and a frequency range of 50Hz to 60Hz (+/-10%). A -W-characteristic ballast circuit with a pulse power of 5.4 kW and a ballast resistor are integrated for energy dissipation and voltage control. The servo amplifier has A DC bus voltage of 250 V and a peak output current of 15 A for 5 seconds. It also operates in four quadrants, with A rated output current of 6 A and a minimum motor inductance of 2.5 mH. When installed in a closed switchgear, its cooling can be achieved by natural convection.

Second, technical characteristics
Inverter and PLC connection:

When the power supply voltage fluctuation is large, the harmonic component should be considered in the PLC power module and input/output module power line access noise filter or isolation transformer to suppress harmonic interference.
If the interference is still serious, measures such as reactors, transformers and noise filters can be considered in the main circuit of the inverter.
Cable Layout:
When the frequency converter and PLC are installed in the same electric control cabinet, the cables related to the frequency converter and the cables related to the PLC should be installed separately, especially the strong current cables and weak current cables should be installed separately to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Digital signal and analog signal connection:
The connection problem between inverter and PLC involves digital signal connection, analog signal connection and interference avoidance.
