Emerson A6140 9199-00058 is a CMOS Low voltage difference (LDO) regulator configured with the Protection monitor

A6140 to deliver up to 150mA of current while only eating 2μA of static current (typical). With an input operating range of 2.5V to 36V,

it is ideal for multi-cell systems, 2 to 6 main battery powered applications, 9V alkaline and 1 or 2 battery Li-ion powered applications, bus-voltage powered systems and other high DC voltage systems.
