Product Description:

A6824 9199-00090 is part of the A6000 machine monitoring system and is used to record monitoring data on a regular basis. The captured data is transmitted over Modbus RTU or Modbus over TCP. The card has six RS 485 bus lines, each of which can serve up to eight A6000 monitors. You can configure the display to be assigned to the bus line of the interface card.

Features:
The card is used to connect and control various industrial equipment, with high speed transmission and good stability. It provides safe low voltage SELV LPS(C22.2 60950-1) 24V for operation with the required voltage obtained from a single power supply.
The card is capable of collecting data from the AMS 6500 module and output the data over Modbus TCP/IP and/or Modbus RTU (Serial) communication protocols. This allows integration with other systems.

Compatibility:
Compatible with AMS 6500 systems for monitoring the health of critical rotating machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors and hydraulic turbines.

Installation and operation:

The IMR system should be placed in a suitable fire fence with an ambient temperature of 0°C to 45°C. Provide adequate ventilation space to avoid heat accumulation. If the ambient temperature of the frame exceeds 45°C, it is necessary to use a forced fan, cooler or similar device to cool the instrument.
The necessary specifications of the cooling fan rack are caused by the environment and placement standards of the cabinet, and therefore cannot be defined in general in order to make the RS 485 bus run without fault, in the electrical terminals of the one and the other device the bus is required
