⇒Product introduction：

AS-B838-032 is a discrete output I/O module from Schneider Electric, part of the 800 series I/O module. The module has 32 points and each point is electrically isolated from the logic,

providing a secure, non-conductive module front for easy access to the test probe and designed for harsh factory floor environments.

Module features include:
Status indicator
Front fuse
The module handle is easy to install and remove
Each point is electrically isolated from the logic
Removable interference-free rigid field wiring system
The AS-B838-032 module is electrically isolated from the controller via an optical coupler,

and the I/O signal can withstand the severe voltage transients typically encountered in industrial environments without damaging the I/O module or controller. In addition,

the module meets the Surge Tolerance (SWC) of IEEE and ANSI guidelines.

If there is a communication failure between the Modicon controller and the I/O module, all I/O points will shut down, which occurs within 300ms of the signal loss.

The module’s ACTIVE indicator light will also go off to indicate a communication failure.
