The DB1-FALCON is a 5-port USB 2.0 host controller. The PMC sandwich board is designed with USB2.0 specification, full speed/low speed it complies with OHCI signal specification and EHCI specification for high-speed data transmission. The transfer speed of the port is very high (480Mbps), and it supports full speed (12 Mbps) and low speed (1.5 Mbps).

All USB power supplies have overcurrent and short circuit protection, and three of the five USBs are accessible via the PMC front baffle. The system is optional with two additional USB ports, and can also be built for rear I/O via a P4 connector.
