The IC660EPM100RR is a Genius Power Track Block for different types of industrial and power monitoring applications. The IC660EPM100RR power block automatically provides the operator with the display on the Genius handheld display. The IC660EPM100 power supply accepts 115/230 VAC or 125 VDC input. Its software can be configured by the host or via a handheld monitor (HHM).

The IC660EPM100RR monitors current and voltage inputs and stores digital waveform values for each input. The IC660EPM100 calculates KWH, current, active power, RMS voltage, reactive power, and power factor based on digital waveform values. The IC660EPM100 then automatically sends the calculated data to the host PLC or computer, approximately twice per second. Genius HHM can also display the same data locally or from any connection point on the bus.

The IC660EPM100RR can be coupled to triangle-configured three-phase power systems or single-phase power systems. The IC660EPM100 accepts voltage inputs from 1-3 potential transformers and current inputs from up to 3 line current transformers, as well as one neutral current transformer. The IC660EPM100 can be installed on the Genius bus up to 7500 feet from the host or PLC. It can be used for standalone applications without a host.

The IC660EPM100 has a terminal assembly and an electronic assembly. The terminal assembly is where all fixed cables are connected. Electronic components can be inserted or removed without interfering with the configuration of the module. Inputs from the transformer, including current and potential, are connected to the terminal assembly. The terminal assembly is permanently installed. The LED in front of the electronic component indicates the status of the module and the communication bus. This location is also home to the HHM convenient connector.
