GE Fanuc IC693CPU363 is the module of GE Fanuc 90-30 series PLC system. It is connected to a CPU slot on the baseboard. This CPU is of type 80386X and has a speed of 25Mz. It enables the backplane to connect to up to seven remote or extended backplanes. The power required for its operation is +5VDC and 890mA current. It has a battery to back up the clock and can be overwritten. When it is running, in ambient mode, its temperature can vary between 0 and 60 degrees.

The GE Fanuc IC693CPU363 module has three ports. The first port supports SNP or SNPX slaves on the power connector. The other two ports support SNP or SNPX master and slave stations and RTU slave stations. It is also compatible with RTU master and CCM modules. To support the RTU master station, a PCM module is required. LAN ports that support FIP, Profibus, GBC, GCM, and GCM+ modules also provide connectivity. It also supports multiple points.

The system status reference (%S) uses 128 bits.

Register memory (%R) can be configured using Logicmaster or Control v2.2. The Logicmaster module is configured with the GE Fanuc IC693CPU363 module in 128-character increment. the maximum memory size is 16,384 characters. Control v2.2 can perform the same configuration, deploying up to 32,640 words. Analog inputs (%AI) and outputs (%Q) can be configured using the same program as register memory. The GE Fanuc IC693CPU363 system register consists of 28 words.

There is a 15-pin D-type female connector through which the serial port can be accessed, which is located on the right front side of the power module. Serial ports are used to connect PCS running GE Fanuc handheld display programming software. The IC693CPU363 CPU module can also be used with optional Profibus and Ethernet communication modules.
