IS200JPDMG1A

The IS200JPDMG1A is a switchboard. The board consists of two 50-pin connectors (P1/P2.) and 12 fuses, which are distributed in three lines. The board has a DC62 female connector (JA1) that can be used in combination with PPDA I/O packages. The IS200JPDMG1A board has two terminals, which are placed on opposite sides of the PCB. These terminals can be connected to three separate power buses. The maximum input for each screw located on the terminal is 35 amps. The IS200JPDMG1A has a total of 13 plugs, including 3 9-bit plugs, 7 2-bit plugs and 3 6-bit plugs. The board also includes:

Install
Installation position: It is installed vertically on a strong metal support in a cabinet dedicated to the power distribution module (PDM). Ensure that the installation location provides adequate space and accessibility for cabling and maintenance tasks.
Support installation: Secure the metal support to the specified position in the cabinet and ensure that it is firmly fixed to the cabinet structure. Verify that the bracket provides sufficient support to hold firmly in place during operation.
Wiring Connections: Please refer to the provided wiring diagram for clear guidance on connecting power inputs and outputs to JPDM. Follow the specified wiring configuration to ensure proper distribution of power to the control system components.
Diagnostic connector Mount: Find the 50-pin diagnostic connector labeled P1/P2, mounted on the top and bottom of the board. Ensure that these connectors are securely attached to their respective mounting points on the JPDM board.
Cable management: Neatly organize and route cables to prevent entanglement and interference with other components in the cabinet. Use cable ties or clamps to secure the cable in place and minimize the risk of accidental disconnection.
Verification: Before powering on your system, double-check all connections to make sure they are properly in place and secured. Verify that the JPDM is securely mounted on the metal bracket and that all components are properly aligned.
Testing: After installation is complete, perform thorough tests to verify the functionality of JPDM and its connections. Test each power output to ensure proper voltage levels and continuity.
