Product introduction：

The IS200STAIH2A is a simplex analog input terminal board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VIe family used in distributed control systems. The simplex Analog Input (STAI) terminal board is a small analog input terminal board that connects to a battery pack and supports 10 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. Two wire, three wire, four wire or transmitters with external power supply can be connected to 10 analog inputs. Two 0-20 mA 0-20 mA jumpers are available for configurable analog outputs, one of which supports 0-200 mA currents. The board is only available in simplex form. The terminals are high-density European terminals. The board is identified to the battery pack by an onboard ID chip for system diagnosis.
STAI installation:
Sheet metal brackets mounted on DIN rails carry STAI together with plastic insulators. STAI plus insulators can be mounted on sheet metal components instead and then secured directly to the cabinet. There are two different types of European terminals to choose from:
STAI 1 has a permanently mounted terminal with 48 terminals.
The right Angle joint on the STAI 2 accepts a variety of easily accessible pluggable terminals, with a total of 48 terminals.
Typically, shielded twisted pair (#18 AWG) wire is used. There is an I/O cable shield terminal next to the terminal.
The following analog input and output types can be accepted:
Two-wire transmitter with analog input.
Three-wire transmitter with analog input.
Four-wire transmitter with analog input.
External powered transmitter with analog input.
Analog input, 5 volts and 10 volts DC.
0-20 mA current analog output.
Analog output, current 0-200 mA.

IS200STAIH2A

The IS200STAIH2A is a large square printed circuit board. A large green plastic terminal is located on the bottom edge of the IS200STAIH2A.
The terminal contains 48 terminals. Twenty-four (24) of them are in the top row and the other twenty-four (24) are in the bottom row.
The IS200STAIH2A contains ten (10) transistors arranged in a horizontal line in the middle of the PCB. The transistors are black and semi-circular. There are two (2) red jumpers between each pair of transistors.
These jumpers are used to connect two (2) jumper pins to change the operation of the IS200STAIH2A.
The IS200STAIH2A has many different jumper pins, made of silver or gold metal.
Most of these are located between transistors, but four (4) jumper pins are arranged on a line near the top right corner of the PCB, next to a set of four (4) potentiometers or variable resistors.
