The rectangular IS200TREGH1BDB printed circuit board has two (2) long black solid terminals on the left bezel.
Inside each terminal there are 24 silver metal terminals. To the right of these terminals are arranged a series of approximately ten (10) round red elements called MOV or metal oxide varistors.
Most of the space in the middle of the IS200TREGH1BDB is occupied by a collection or large relay or contactor.
These relays/contactors are arranged in two (2) long wires, each with six (6) components.
Components are placed in pairs, parallel to each other from top to bottom. Along the right border of the IS200TREGH1BDB is a set of three (3) jack connector ports. Each port contains a set of small pin ports.

IS200TREGH1BDB Trip emergency termination board. The IS200TREGH1BDB circuit board is one of the components that make up the GE Mark VI series. The Mark VI is one of the families that make up the Mark family of gas/turbine equipment. These products are used to automate and manage the processes of gas turbines and/or steam turbines.
The rectangular IS200TREGH1BDB printed circuit board has two (2) long black solid terminals on the left bezel. Inside each terminal there are 24 silver metal terminals. The voting mechanism operates as a fail-safe mechanism, ensuring that the activation of the three trip solenids, an integral part of the system’s emergency trip mechanism, is performed with maximum reliability and redundancy. By requiring relay group consensus before triggering the trip solenoid valve, the system reduces the risk of false positives or single points of failure, thereby improving overall reliability and operational integrity.
Through careful coordination and decisive relay control, the I/O controller optimizes the responsiveness and resilience of the system, enabling it to dynamically adapt to changing operating conditions and unforeseen contingencies. Simplex system configuration
In a simplex system, the additional cable from J1 to the TSVO terminal board plays a crucial role.
This cable helps to transmit the trip signal to enable the servo valve clamp function after the turbine trip.
This function makes a significant contribution to system safety and stability by implementing basic measures in the event of turbine tripping.
