The IS200TRLYH1B is a relay output terminal board developed by GE under the Mark VIe series. The relay output with coil induction (TRLY1B) terminal board has 12 plug-in magnetic relays. The first six relay circuits can be set with jumpers to drive an external solenoid or dry C-contact output. For field solenoid power supplies, a basic 125 V DC or 115/230 V AC power supply or an optional 24 V DC power supply with personal jumper optional fuses and onboard suppression are available. The next five relays (7-11) are unenergized isolated C-contacts. Isolated C-contacts are used for special applications on output 12, such as ignition transformers.

IS200TRLYH1B Compatibility
When using TRLY 1B, the PDOA/YDOA I/O package supports Simplex and TMR applications. The DC-37 pin connection of the terminal board accepts I/O packets as plug-ins. For simplex systems, connectors JA1 are used, while for TMR systems, connectors JR1, JS1, and JT1 are used.
IS200TRLYH1B Installation
Connect the two I/O terminal TRLY1B wiring on the patch board directly to the wires from the 12 relay outputs. Each block has 24 terminals, can hold up to #12 AWG of wire, and is secured with two screws. On the left side of each junction box is a shielded terminal board connected to the grounding of the case. Solenoid power supply with output 1-6 should be connected to JF1. You can use JF2 to Daisy chain Power to other TRLY’s. Alternatively, when the JF1/JF2 is not in use, the power supply can be connected directly to the TB3.
Connect the output 12 of the special solenoid to connector JG1 to provide power. The factory will be the jumper JP1-JP6 removed, packed in plastic bags shipped. If the excitation solenoid requires power, reinstall the correct jumper. Check the power-on of each loop individually according to best practices and install jumpers as needed. Remove fuses from isolated contact applications to ensure that the power bus is not suppressing leaks.

Dry contact
If these terminal boards are used as dry contacts to switch AC voltages using circuits 01 to 06, while also receiving 125 V DC power via JF1, JF2, or TB3, AC power will appear on the “NO” relay terminals until all fuses and jumpers from the circuit have been removed. In addition, the AC voltage is bound to N 125 V dc when the contact is closed.
A similar situation applies to the P-125. The sum of the peak AC voltage and the 125 V DC voltage is applied to MOV between DC and ground because the neutral line of most AC power supplies is grounded. In these cases, the MOV rating is sufficient to withstand 120 V AC. However, in 240 V AC applications, the peak voltage will exceed the MOV rating, resulting in failure. Therefore, it is best to avoid using these circuits for AC switching.
simplex
Jumpers, fuses, and relay drivers are installed on the TRLY 1B. The D-connector monitors the feedback voltage and transmits the control signal between the I/O processor and the TRLY1B via JA1 for simplex operation. The relay is rated at 3.0A and is driven at frame rate. 500 V ac is the maximum voltage between contacts allowed in one minute. The rated voltage from coil to contact is 1,500 V ac, and 10 ms is normal operating time.
TMR
Relay control signals are fanned into TRLY1B from the three I/O processors R, S, and T through connectors JR1, JS1, and JT1 into TRLY1B for TMR applications. These signals will be voted on and the results will determine which relay driver gets the signal. All three I/O processors provide shared diode power to the relay coil.
