Controls
TSVC servo terminal board provides two channels of two-way servo current output, LVDT position feedback, LVDT excitation and pulse rate flow input. It can motivate up to eight LVDT valve locations to input and receive data from them. For each servo control loop, one, two, three, or four LVDTS can be used. For gas turbine fuel flow monitoring, two pulse rate inputs are used.

Each servo control loop can choose from one, two, three or four LVDTS. Two pulse rate inputs are used for gas turbine fuel flow measurement.

Input quantity
There are a total of eight LVDT windings.

diagnosis
PSVO performs the following diagnostic checks on the terminal board assembly:

The output actuator current is too large or does not respond, resulting in a fault.
The signal from the voltage regulator feedback (LVDT) is out of range, causing problems.
If the relevant regulator has two sensors, the worse sensor is removed from the feedback calculation and the good sensor is used.
If any of the above signals become abnormal, it will trigger L#DIAG PSVO.
The ToolboxST program provides detailed information about each diagnosis. If a single diagnostic signal returns to normal, it can be locked and RESET using the RESET DIA signal
