The rectifier function of the rectifier bridge module is realized by using the single conduction principle of the diode. Generally speaking, the diode is a positive guide through the reverse direction cutoff, that is, the diode only allows its positive electrode to enter the positive charge and the negative electrode to enter the negative charge. The diode of the rectifier bridge module only allows the current to be used in one direction, so when it is connected to the AC line, it can make the current in the circuit flow in only one direction. The rectifier bridge module is usually composed of four diodes of the single-phase bridge full-wave rectifier and six diodes of the three-phase bridge full-wave rectifier. The manufacturer packages it in one component, known as the rectifier bridge module, which is convenient for us to use. For the single-phase full wave rectifier bridge, in each working cycle of the rectifier bridge module, only 2 diodes operate together, the single pilot action of the pole tube converts the alternating current into a one-way DC pulsating voltage, and the large i of one diode of the rectifier bridge module
Voltage is two of the output voltage
The current used is half of the output current. Because only two diodes operate per cycle, that is, each diode only runs half a cycle, so only half of the current is utilized. For the voltage, when the diode is biased in the opposite direction, it should bear the sum of the filter capacitance and the input voltage, which is twice the output voltage. This is extremely important when choosing a rectifier bridge module.

The VariStroke series can be configured with an easy-to-use computer-based PC service tool that allows users to easily configure, calibrate and adjust all internal functions and response Settings. Its integrated drivers include a 4-20 mA output channel to indicate the position of the output shaft (control valve), and device alarm and shutdown relay outputs for device health and status indication. The 4-20 mA on-demand input and dual redundant shaft position sensors enable continued operation even in the event of an on-demand input or feedback sensor failure, ensuring extended uptime between forced downtime and online system repairs.

The total installation cost of this fully integrated actuator is low because it is fully assembled and tested at the factory, significantly reducing manufacturing, testing and field assembly time for Oems and end users. In retrofit applications, variable stroke actuators can be used to directly replace existing coservice systems. This saves costly repairs to existing and aging coservice systems, eliminates the difficulty of obtaining spare parts for obsolete equipment, and reduces calibration time and difficulty.
