The IS220UCSAH1A is a processor/controller created by General Electric for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI platform is designed to manage gas or steam turbines and is released by GE as part of the Speedtronic family. It has an HMI (Human machine interface) and software designed for running heavy duty turbines, such as the CIMPLICITY graphical interface.

The IS220UCSAH1A is built as a single boxed assembly with a front panel for connecting communications, two screw brackets on the back edge, and grille openings on three sides to allow air flow. The controller is designed for mounting a base in a cabinet. Up to three components can be installed next to each other for a compact arrangement that easily serves triple-redundant systems.

The IS220UCSAH1A is suitable for the QNX operating system. It has a Freescale 8349,667 MHz processor. The board uses a rated voltage of 18-36 V DC, 12 watts of power supply. The board can be used at temperatures from 0 to 65 degrees Celsius and does not require a fan for cooling even at the highest rated temperature. The board can be used for NFPA Class 1 Class 2 applications.

The front panel of the IS220UCSAH1A has six female jack connectors, a USB port, and multiple LED indicators.
