The Emerson/MOTOROLA MVME147S is a dual-height VME module that is best suited for use in 32-bit VMEbus systems with P1 and P2 backplanes. The module is powerful with large onboard shared RAM, serial port, and Centronics printer port. The module provides a SCSI bus controller with DMA, floating point coprocessor, tick timer, watchdog timer and clock/calendar time with spare battery, 2KB static RAM with spare battery, 4 ROM slots and A32/D32 VMEbus interface with system controller function.

The MVME147S can be run as part of a VMEbus system with other VME modules such as RAM modules, CPU modules, graphics modules, and analog I/O modules.

Processor and Operating System:
The MVME147SRF is equipped with a MOTOROLA PowerPC processor and runs the VxWorks real-time operating system.
Memory and Storage:
Memory: Up to 32 MB of DRAM provides enough space for complex data processing and computation.
Storage: Up to 8 MB of flash memory for storing programs and data.
Interface:
The MVME147SRF is equipped with an onboard Ethernet interface and a SCSI interface to support high-speed data transmission.

Supports 250W power supply and hot swap to ensure stable system operation.
