TK-PRS021 is a process control module manufactured by Honeywell for monitoring and controlling parametric variables in industrial processes.

Applications and functions:
It is suitable for frequency and power regulation of IGBT full-bridge inverter series resonant induction heating device.
Power ranges from 10KW to 120KW.
With PWM pulse formation function, using SG3525A as the main technology of PWM pulse formation, the output pulse frequency range is between 20KHZ and 60KHZ, the pulse interval is 180 degrees each other, and the dead time can be adjusted by itself.
With full bridge inverter IGBT drive circuit, can directly assemble IGBT high frequency induction heating device.

Protection function:
With over current, over pressure, water shortage and other state indicators.
The switch type Hall protection interface and linear Hall protection interface are provided to ensure stable operation of the device in complex working environments.
Power requirements:
The working power supply voltage is three AC double 18V/1A and four 22V/0.5A power supplies.
