Mr. Yu Feng was appointed President of Honeywell China in February 2022 and is responsible for driving Honeywell’s organic growth in China and comprehensively building the talent pool to support Honeywell’s “East-for-East” development strategy.
The Head of Heidrick & Struggles’ Shanghai Office and Head of the China CEO and Board of Directors Business Unit is also a member of the Global Consumer and Industrial Business Unit, serving the recruitment needs of global multinationals and local companies for key executive positions in the China region.

Global Vision and Local practice: Honeywell’s localization strategy
