At present, through the Geega (Jijia) platform, Guangyu Mingdao takes the Oems as the entry point, drives the “chain” digital transformation and collaborative development of nearly 1,000 smes in the industrial chain, and innovatively solves the common problems of enterprises in the upstream and downstreaUR9JH m of the industrial chain and industrial clusters.
Guangyu Ming Island originated from the automobile manufacturing industry, deeply rooted in the automobile manufacturing industry, with mature industrial mechanism knowledge, massive data feedback, rich process scenarios and other innate advantages. Taking Lynk & Co Chengdu Plant as an example, Mingdao deployed whole-plant digital solutions, including supply chain coordination, flexible scheduling, process quality management, general energy consumption optimization and other self-developed industrial software, which helped Lynk & Co Chengdu plant achieve a 13% reduction in quality loss costs and a 15% reduction in order delivery cycle. At the same time, it helps parts suppliers on the chain to realize business data quickly and at low cost, and achieves an average material assembly rate of 20%, promoting the digitalization level of the industrial chain. Guangyu Mingdao helped Lynk & Co Automotive Chengdu plant to be awarded the third in China and the only one in the western region with the “National Intelligent Manufacturing capability Maturity Level 4 certification”.
