Bullet train frame maintenance field: Siasun has provided heavy-duty mobile robots for bullet train frame maintenance for all bullet train maintenance bases in China from 2010 to 2015. The project includes more than 50 sets of different types of heavy-duty products, which makes Siasun one of the earliest manufacturers of heavy-duVE4001S3T1B2ty mobile robots in China.
Automobile stamping workshop: As the design beat of the automobile industry is getting higher and higher, the frequency and beat efficiency of the press change die in the stamping workshop are also getting higher and higher. The heavy-duty mobile robot developed by Siasun realizes the transfer of molds and plates between stations or between stations and presses through knapper and chain conveying actuators, and the carrying capacity of the mobile robot for mold transfer reaches 60 tons.
In the field of heavy truck assembly: In 2018, Siasun launched mobile robots for heavy truck assembly. This mobile robot uses two-car linkage technology to replace the traditional tow chain line, and realizes the auxiliary assembly of the heavy truck chassis and the whole vehicle, and the load can reach 10-20 tons.
Port logistics field: Since 2020, Siasun heavy-duty mobile robots have been going abroad to provide a large number of heavy-duty port mobile robots for the world’s largest transit hub port, realizing the automatic transfer of containers.
