VPM810 Fast charge cable cooling solution

VPM810The superfilled pile liquid cooling integrated cooling unit provides flexibility to adapt to a variety of media from different pump suppliers, including glycol, oil and Novec liquids, and to meet diverse flow and head requirements. Compatibility is ensured through a variety of shapes and sizes of heat exchangers that match the reserved space. The system preferentially uses non-leakage gear pump and magnetic pump, and is equipped with speed regulating fan, stainless steel water tank and stainless steel pipeline components to ensure the stability and durability of the system.

Users can choose between passive cooling (including air-medium or water-water) or active cooling (with refrigeration compressors) solutions according to their actual needs, with optional thermal management control systems for finer temperature regulation. In addition, the dual-gun cooling and single-gun cooling options support simultaneous high-power operation of two gun lines and high-power operation of a single gun line, respectively, to meet the charging needs of different scenarios.

The superfilled pile liquid cooled central cooling unit consisVPM810ts of two parts: the cable cooling module and the central cooling unit. The cable cooling module is integrated inside the quick-filling pile and is effectively cooled with the help of an external chiller, and its cooling demand can be customized according to the actual situation. The central cooling unit uses a central chiller with active cooling technology, and its cooling capacity can be flexibly adjusted according to the number of fast-filling piles, local climate conditions and site layout. The cooling capacity ranges from 2kW to 50kW, and can be customized according to customer needs.

With centralized cooling, it can provide fine thermal management for 5-20 batteries. The solution is equipped with two or more cooling loops that are graded and set to one standby to ensure stable operation. The solution not only supports dual-temperature liquid supply, but also introduces a heat recovery system, further improving energy efficiency. The use of 50% glycol solution as the coolant is both environmentally friendly and efficient. The entire cooling scheme is customized according to the internal space and size of the power station, and the variable frequency pump is used to flexibly meet the flow requirements under various working conditions. Compressors and fans can be selected in speed or frequency conversion mode, and the refrigeration system efficiency ratio (EER) is up to 3.0 or more. In addition, thVPM810e system communicates with the client host computer in real time, supports remote monitoring and FOTA cloud upgrade, and the design fully complies with the CE standard, showing the perfect combination of advanced technology and security.

The power station can customize the distributed cooling system according to the internal space, and share one system for every two battery packs to improve economy, and have dual functions of heating and cooling. Each cooling system operates independently, does not interfere with each other, and has super backup to ensure the stable operation of the power station.

The system also accurately controls the temperature of individual battery packs, simplifying end-of-vehicle maintenance and saving coolant. The system design is flexible, requires only hose connection, no water separation components, and supports on-site modular replacement of FRUs for easy maintenance. The intelligent speed regulating pump meets the flow requirements under various operating conditions, while the efficient cooling solution ensures EER≥3.0. In addition, the system communicates with the client host computer in real time to achieve remote monitoring and cloud upgrade, and meets the CE/UL safety standards, bringing users a full range of safety and convenience.
